Remote Consulting
Remote consulting over iChat is like having a consultant sitting right next to you. With iChat, the consultant can see and control your screen and you can see the consultant’s screen, and be able talk to each other. It is perfectly secure since you must accept the consultants access each session. So if you are having a problem that needs troubleshooting (or if you just want to learn something), set up an appointment by emailing consulting@digitalcapturesystems.com.

Need a more hands on experience with you consulting? We can come to you. We offer all the same great services and more. We can network your studio or home office, profile your monitors and printers, set up remote access to your office computer from home and install RAID arrays and backup systems. If you don’t see a service you need, just ask. We’ll probably be able to help.
